CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Cancellation of any piece will be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing order. The cancel request after that will not be entertained if the order have been communicated or initiated by the vendor . No cancellations are possible once the product is shipped.
  2. There will be no cancellation of any customized order.
  3. Cancellation for those product which are on offer and special discount by the sales and marketing team will not be cancelled.
  4. Once the product is altered will not been cancelled.
  5. If the customized order is wrong or is not fulfilled on time u can cancel the piece.
